This all started with a vision. Dr. Ben Garr wanted a place that could bring necessary services to help sleep and oxygen deprived children to breathe better and live better. His wife Sonali wanted a place where women could gather for group fitness and group yoga classes. So we combined the two and the vision became a reality. Breathe Health and Wellness is a multi-use, multi-practitioner facility focused on children's sleep and airway health and women's wellbeing.
Every parent wants their child to develop to their highest potential. Unfortunately, there are many red flags that may go unnoticed by most parents and even the medical community. New research in the field of children's airway, breathing and sleep quality is finding that there are many red flags, that if identified early, will greatly increase the probability that our children will develop to their fullest. While opposite is also true. If these red flag go unchecked, our children will not grow, develop and thrive as their potential would allow.
Our goal is to increase the awareness of the negative effects of poor sleep and airway for parents, caregivers and the community. We want to share what to look for in children, even starting at birth. What are the red flags? And once identified, having the resources available to train parents, caregivers and others to help these little ones thrive physically, emotionally, mentally, and socially.
Our aim is to be able to provide a facility where breathing and airway-centric practitioners can provide necessary services to our local children. These include Speech Language Pathologists, Myofunctional Therapists, Sleep Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, among others.

To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
